Good luck with them!  You can substitute any peppers--red bell would make a very nice substitution, I think.  The only kind I wouldn&#039;t recommend would be green bell (too distinct a flavor) but if you do use green bell, just go easy.  I hope they turn out!  (I keep the pizza number handy for all new recipes...!)

		<description>I am sure you can deep fry them, but I doubt boiling would work.  The bread would separate and dissolve most likely.  Steaming does work, but it takes almost an hour to properly steam!</description>
