Wind
I am not fond of wind. Even with the storm windows on (which cuts the noise and draft very nicely) wind…has an eerie quality. It threatens. It taunts with bits of leaves and dust like an angry child testing to see what the adult will do.
Then too, at this time of the year it’s *cold* wind, which isn’t so great.
Neither kitty likes the wind. Junior will rush outside, hop on his box and then turn tail and fly back inside. Sometimes he shakes it off like water. Scamper doesn’t seem overly fond of wind either. She is actually inside today, hiding under the couch. Since she’s been there a good hour and a half, I bet she’s sleeping by now.
It’s about time she started figuring out which side of the chicken was juiciest–or in this case, which side of the house has no wind.

I don’t like wind either. We are supposed to have 15 to 20 mph wind tonight. Ugh. The cats don’t even bother going out in the wind. They just stay in the house. I am pretty sure I’m not registered…I had never heard of it until I read about it on your blog. My husband had heard of it and I went right over and read a few articles and looked around.
