Scamper Scamps
We haven’t seen a lot of Scamper lately. She’s been coming in at night and eating — more like quick stuff her face and run. Not unusual, but we wonder where she scamps off to. Well, yesterday, she decided it was time to grace us with a visit. She came in and played ball in the morning, made a quick stop in at noon and then appeared in time for dinner. She and Junior played ball and catnip toy, eating in-between innings. Then, of all things, she hopped into the cat bed for a bit of a snooze. Yes, with us sitting right here in the living room. We didn’t even know if Scamp knew what a cat bed was for.
Apparently she does. But for the most part, she loves roaming wild and free.

Nice to see the Scamper and Junior updates
I can’t believe this is the first time Scamper made herself at home and curled up in the cat bed. Progress….ha ha ha

She has slept inside before for perhaps close to two hours, but not recently (last year). Now that it has warmed up again, we’re seeing less of her, but she comes by, eats and takes a look around. She’s so cute right now–she put on her winter coat and it puffs out all around her. She looks like an overstuffed animal. I keep telling her not to eat too much or she won’t fit through the cat door. She isn’t concerned with my pattering on.
