Memory
This time when I returned from a two week “vacation” with my parents…little Junior remembered me!!! He didn’t run and hide like he did last year. Of course, I didn’t have a nasty cold like I did last time. Last year, my voice wasn’t my own and he seemed to take offense at that. Believe me, I was pretty offended by the cold at that time too.
This year parents and I went to Taos, NM, Canon City, Colorado, Twin Lakes (a scene in Executive Retention takes place there!), Aspen/Snowmass and Durango. I’ll have some pictures coming up from the trip along with places we enjoyed, restaurants we didn’t, and various adventures, some worth repeating, some very avoidable!

Overall, did you have a good time? (I hope so.) I’ll be looking forward to your photos and adventure stories.
Did Junior actually greet you and welcome you home? Or did he just not run like heck away from you? LOL

Well, he slept under the bed without coming out for two hours. He’s very insistent on not interrupting his sleep. But when he came out, he sat and looked at me and came halfway to me in a cat-like “I’m not ignoring you, BUT don’t get carried away here.”
He’s been having a blast chasing geckos outside for the past few weeks. Such a “hunter.”
